Welcome to AllBoatsReady. By using the app — guest demo or coach account — you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AllBoatsReady provides dragon boat coaches with roster management, boat lineup building, balance and trim calculations, race calendars, and results tracking.
A free guest demo is available without an account; demo data stays on your device. Creating a coach account unlocks saved teams, lineups, imports, and exports synced across devices.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be authorized to store the paddler information you upload (names, weights, and related details) and should collect it with your crew's knowledge.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the rosters, lineups, events, and results you create. We claim no ownership over your content.
You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
You can export your roster at any time (CSV/Excel) and delete your data from within the app.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to store data about people without their knowledge, to attempt to access another coach's account or data, or to disrupt or probe the service's security.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Planning aid — not safety or officiating advice

Balance, trim, and division-quota figures are planning aids only. Final seating decisions, on-water safety, and compliance with festival rules remain the responsibility of the coach, steersperson, and race officials.
Always confirm division requirements with your festival's official rulebook; quota defaults in the app may differ from a specific event's regulations.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and improving, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Features may change over time.
We recommend exporting important race-day lineups to PDF before heading to the dock.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllBoatsReady is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including race outcomes, disqualifications, or lost data — arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing coach@allboatsready.com.
We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will revise this page and the date below. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
